Information

Leave the conference walls behind for a Walk ’n Talk session featuring a special audio experience with Dr. Shawna Pandya, Canada’s first named commercial female astronaut.

Drawing on stories from space exploration, astronaut training and space medicine, Shawna explores what happens when communities come together to solve problems that once seemed impossible. Through fresh perspectives, curiosity and human connection, she reveals how breakthroughs happen and how leaders create the conditions for others to succeed.

Participants will be invited to reflect on how they bring people together, create trusted spaces where ideas become action, and help their communities push the boundaries of what's possible. Return to the conference with a refreshed perspective, renewed inspiration, and one powerful question: What future are you helping your community create?
